Shipping/Hand Delivery

Gotham Cookies offers Nationwide Shipping and Hand Delivery in most areas of New York City.   Shipping and hand delivery costs will populate at order checkout, or you can contact us to receive a quote for multiple shipments/hand deliveries.  We do not have a retail storefront, so pick-up orders are not available at this time.

PLEASE NOTE: All items are baked to order and will incur a 1-3 day processing time before order shipment or hand delivery. USPS EXPRESS items will likely not arrive the day after the order is placed, they are only shipped using a faster shipping method.  We typically do not ship orders the same day they are received.

Nationwide Shipping:

Shipping is available through USPS Priority Mail and typically arrives in 1 Day to the Tristate area (NY, NJ, CT), and typically arrives in 2-3 Days to the remainder of the Continental US, and rates range from approximately $10-$20 depending on location and order quantity.  USPS Priority Mail Express is available for overnight shipping.  Please enter your address at checkout to determine shipping cost for your order.

**Please note that Gotham Cookies can only provide Scheduled/Expected Delivery Date as provided by USPS upon shipment and cannot guarantee delivery on USPS' Scheduled/Expected Date.  Gotham Cookies assumes no liability for lost shipments, weather delays, delays/undeliverable packages due to customer address entry error, Holiday delays/longer Holiday delivery times, and any other delivery issues once the package has been accepted by USPS**

$20 for Manhattan and some areas of Queens

**Please note that Gotham Cookies cannot guarantee customer receipt of Hand Delivery orders in the following circumstances: if delivery is sent to an unattended address (non-doorman building, office without receptionist, or similar); if the recipient or an affiliated contact is not present to receive the delivery; or if the delivery person is denied access to requested building, office or suite**
