Gotham Cookies is a New York City-based hand crafted cookie line specializing in unique cookie creations like Salted Caramel, Apple Pie and Crème Brûlée.  Gotham Cookies’ founder, Liz Bresler, is dedicated to handcrafting innovative cookies using maple glazed bacon, chunks of toffee, spoonfuls of Nutella and hypnotizing swirls of salted caramel, along with many other indulgent ingredients, to create crave-worthy cookies.

Gotham Cookies is a member of NYC's prestigious culinary incubator program, Hot Bread Kitchen Incubates, which has fostered many successful brands such as Pipcorn, Hella Bitters and Tipsy Scoop.  Some of our clients include Snapchat, Facebook, Dropbox, Blackstone, the Barclays Center, MoMA, Tripadvisor, Spotify, Paypal, Venmo, Henri Bendel, Coach and J.Crew.  Gotham Cookies has been featured at events including NBA All-Star Weekend, Art Basel, Bon Appetit Test Kitchen cooking classes, Henri Bendel's Bendel Breaks and Williams-Sonoma Artisans' Market.
